Four star:
Bryce (best to walk down to get the real feel)

Meteor crater
West Fork Oak Creek Canyon
Kayaking Lake Powell
Burr trail
Vermillion Cliffs
Budget car rental (didn't complain about the state of the car - it had been well used!!)
